Liability and Event Cancellation Policy
By attending our events, you agree to not hold EntertainBoston responsible for any schedule changes, cancellations or inconveniences. You understand that events may be cancelled or rescheduled with no notice and that the only recourse to you is to request a refund of any admissions fee for the cancelled event. You will not be compensated for lost time, inconvenience, aggravation, etc.
Many events are held in venues that serve alcoholic beverages. By attending such events, you certify that you are of legal drinking age and that should you choose to drink alcohol, that you will do so in a responsible manner. You also agree to not hold EntertainBoston liable for any harm or injury that may be incurred by you or others by attending events hosted by EntertainBoston. This includes any injury or death that is a result of consuming alcohol.
EntertainBoston has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to EntertainBostonis confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. We will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer. From time to time, we may host events with partners. These partners may collect personal information about you at our events and have their own privacy policies. EntertainBoston assumes no liability for the enforcement or accuracy of the privacy policy of any of the third parties that we work with
